Sean Lam

Sean is driven by a vision to eliminate 10 million plastic bottles annually through Ecoworks, empowering consumers to embrace a packaging-free lifestyle with the right incentives.
As a co-founder of Jewel Paymentech, Sean successfully built and exited the company, which is now part of the fintech unicorn Advance Intelligence Group. With extensive experience in regulatory advocacy at Visa, he combines entrepreneurial success and strategic foresight to champion impactful environmental change.
He is also a Philip Yeo Innovation Fellow, proudly recognized as a MAD COW (Make A Difference, Change Our World), for his relentless pursuit of meaningful innovation. Beyond his professional endeavors, Sean is a dedicated community leader, serving as a People’s Association Grassroots Leader and Volunteer Police Officer. A graduate in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, Sean is committed to advancing Singapore’s journey toward a greener and more sustainable future.
Eunice Goh
Refillutionist
With over a decade of commercial expertise, Eunice has dedicated much of her career to the ventures and startup ecosystem. Her journey includes building ventures and accelerating their growth at Rainmaking APAC, part of Bain & Company, where she supported the APAC market expansion of Bill Gates’ Breakthrough Energy portfolio of sustainable building and climate technologies. Eunice also served as CEO of an EdTech startup, where she successfully pivoted and scaled the platform before leading it to an exit with a multinational corporation.
Eunice’s career also includes three years at TÜV SÜD PSB, where she covered the ASEAN portfolio for Auditing and Systems Certification, honing her in-depth knowledge on quality and safety operations.
Despite Singapore’s reputation as a “little red dot”, Eunice believes that Singapore can make a significant global impact in sustainability. Through Ecoworks, she envisions Singapore emerging as a leader and role model in sustainable city living, starting with homecare refills.
Marc Chan
The Refill Guy
Marc brings a diverse background in operations, sustainability, and innovative program management. He believes in always questioning and challenging the status quo, and that real change and impact can be achieved through innovation and community.
As a founding team member and Global Programme Manager at Stridy, Marc spearheaded the development of Singapore’s first urban-focused waste management startup. His efforts also led to the successful launch of the Stridy app, which grew to over 4,000 users across 67 countries in just under two years. He is also currently wearing the hat of project manager at Seastainable Co.
In Marc’s previous life, he was an assistant director and producer in the media industry, his breadth of works range from TV series’ and films, to producing documentaries at Channel NewsAsia.
He hopes to see a whale in person one day.

Deborah Tan Pink
Advisor
A comms professional with 20 years of combined experience in journalism, publishing, public relations, and tech. Deborah started her career in women’s lifestyle publishing and was the launch editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan Singapore.
In 2013, Deborah left magazines to set up a content agency with 3 partners, doing content and PR for lifestyle and beauty brands. She made a pivot into Edtech in 2017 building learning around digital transformation, entrepreneurship, disruptive tech, and innovation for corporate and institutional clients around the world before taking her career into FinTech and Crypto in 2020.
Dr. Paul Condylis
Advisor
Dr. Paul Condylis, fondly known as Dr. Paul, is a distinguished AI leader and former quantum technologies researcher with a rich experience spanning nearly two decades. His journey includes significant roles such as a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Quantum Technologies, National University of Singapore, and the AVP of Data Science at Tokopedia (GoTo Group). Dr. Paul has been instrumental in advancing AI and quantum technology in Singapore, with a notable tenure as CTO at Jewel Paymentech, where he led innovative risk management solutions.
A testament to his dedication to innovation, Dr. Paul has secured 12 intellectual property protections across various roles, reflecting his broad impact in the field. Committed to community and sustainability, he actively contributes to Singapore’s societal growth through volunteer work, developing courses at Singapore Management University, and guest lecturing at NUS Business School, nurturing the next wave of scientists and technologists.
Sandra Lim
Advisor
Sandra, the Managing Director of Kantar Public Singapore, boasts over 20 years of expertise in policy and social research consulting. Her specialties include behavioural communications, public engagement, program evaluation, and data analysis across various sectors. Sandra is actively engaged in the research industry and previously held the position of President at the Market Research Society Singapore (MRSS). She also imparts knowledge through training at institutions like
Republic Polytechnic and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP).
Beyond her professional roles, Sandra is committed to community building, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and serves as a board director at the Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA). Her multifaceted roles encompass advising, strategizing, training, facilitating, writing, and volunteering. Her guiding principle is to use evidence-based decisions to shape a sustainable future for all as highlighted in her blog.
Ivan Lim
Advisor
Experienced corporate finance and M&A executive. He spent over 14 years in investment banking before joining a large FMCG multinational in 2019 to lead their Corporate Development / M&A efforts in Asia.
He is passionate about working with strong mission oriented Founders and companies to grow their businesses.
