Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
- Oversee daily refill and maintenance operations across all active stations.
- Manage refill crew, part-time contractors, and logistics vendors.
- Build and enforce servicing standards and schedules.
Network Expansion
- Source and close new station placements: residential estates, commercial properties, community spaces.
- Navigate approval processes with town councils, property managers, and relevant authorities.
Warehouse & Inventory
- Manage stock levels, restocking cadence, and inbound/outbound logistics.
- Reduce station downtime caused by supply gaps.
Process & Reporting
- Build the operational playbook as the network scales from tens to hundreds of stations.
- Report on station performance, uptime, and utilisation.
Ideal Candidate
- Class 3/3A driver’s licence.
- Hands-on background in field servicing, facilities, logistics, or a related discipline.
- Has managed people or contractors in a field environment.
- Comfortable with physical work and regular island-wide travel.
- Bonus: experience with electrical/electronics, plumbing, or dispensing systems.
