1. General
Are Ecoworks products manufactured sustainably?
Of course! Not only are our products made from plant-based ingredients, we are also leading the way with what we produce and how it’s produced by cutting as much CO2 in our entire supply chain. We’re the first laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid sold in Singapore to be produced using 100% renewable energy. Our manufacturing facility is also GMP, ISO and Halal Certified.
Are Ecoworks products safe for sensitive skin and allergies?
Yes! Our laundry detergent is clinically proven to be suitable for newborns, and safe for sensitive and eczema prone skin.
What products are currently available for refill?
We currently provide eco-friendly laundry detergents and dishwashing liquid.
2. Ecoworks Laundry Detergent
If pods and sheets are labeled ‘eco-friendly,’ why are they still popular?
Marketing often focuses on convenience and water solubility, but doesn’t always address the broader environmental impact of PVA. Research varies, but PVA can leave behind microplastics that may have an impact on ecosystems.
How much detergent should I use per load?
1 Capful for a full load (40ml) and 1/2 Capful for half load (20ml)
Do your laundry products have any fragrances or dyes?
Our laundry detergent is lightly scented and does not contain any dye.
Can I use Ecoworks laundry detergent in both front and top-loading machines?
Yes! Our detergent is designed to work in all types of washing machines, whether front-load or top-load.
Is Ecoworks laundry detergent safe for handwashing?
Absolutely. Our gentle, plant-based formula is suitable for both machine washing and handwashing. Just follow the recommended usage instructions.
3. Ecoworks Dishwashing Liquid
Is Ecoworks dishwashing liquid gentle on hands.
Yes! Our dishwashing liquid is formulated with plant-based ingredients and is gentle on the skin, making it suitable for regular use without dryness or irritation.
Does your dishwashing liquid contain any fragrances or dyes
Our dishwashing liquid has a light fragrance and includes water-soluble dye for product identification. Despite the dye, the gentle formulation remains safe for everyday use.

What do I need to get started on refilling? Do I need a specific container?
Our station supports small bottles all the way to 4L bottles. We recommend using a bottle with a large mouth to make the refilling easier.
Our Ecoworks Refill Stations provide our Ecoworks Housebrand, which includes laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid.
What brands do the Refill Stations hold?
Along with that, we are also in partnership with Bio-Home and have their products in selected Refill Stations.
