Ecoworks is a fast-growing sustainability startup pioneering smart refill stations to eliminate single-use plastic packaging. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who will take ownership of our daily refilling operations, manage station maintenance, and oversee warehouse inventory. This is a ground-up opportunity to shape sustainable infrastructure and build a better, waste-free future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Operations & Refill Logistics
- Oversee daily refill operations across multiple station sites islandwide.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery and replenishment of detergent products.
- Supervise part-time refill crew or contractors as the business scales.
- Station Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive checks and resolve common issues with piping, pumps, flow sensors, valves, and electrical components.
- Coordinate with hardware vendors and assist in installation and relocation of stations.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of detergents and consumables.
- Maintain tidy, organized records of inbound/outbound goods.
- Support forecasting and restocking to reduce downtime.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in the refill/maintenance workflow.
- Provide weekly reports on station performance and inventory status.
Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience in basic plumbing, pump/equipment servicing, or field servicing roles.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Physically fit and willing to travel across Singapore regularly.
- Class 3/3A driver’s license.
- Bonus: Experience with vending or dispensing systems.
